Terms of Use

1. Relationship of the Parties
Your relationship with Sirius Quantum Solutions LTD is strictly that of an independent contractor. You are not an employee, worker, or agent and are responsible for all tax and statutory obligations. You have no entitlement to employment benefits. You retain the freedom to accept or decline projects. Sirius Quantum Solutions LTD sets only quality standards and deadlines and does not control how you perform your work.

2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Account sharing is prohibited.

3. Services and Project Work
The Platform connects independent contractors with quantum data annotation projects (e.g., circuit analysis, data labeling, quality review, research). All deliverables must meet the specifications and quality requirements of each project.

4. Payment Terms
Payments for approved work will be processed according to the schedule and rate specified in each project's description. You are responsible for all taxes on income earned through the Platform. Any payment disputes must be raised within fourteen days of payment.

5. Intellectual Property
All work products and materials you create through the Platform become the exclusive property of Sirius Quantum Solutions LTD upon completion. You assign all rights to the Company.

6. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
You must not disclose any confidential information, including project details, methodologies, or Platform operations, to third parties. You must deliver high-quality work on time, provide accurate progress updates, and safeguard all project information. Use of AI tools (including ChatGPT) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing; violations may result in work rejection and account termination.

7. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. You have rights under UK GDPR to access, correct, delete, or port your data. All project data and communications are confidential and proprietary.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate with seven days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breaches such as confidentiality violations, quality failures, or misconduct. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all confidential information, and any outstanding payments for completed work will be processed. Confidentiality obligations survive indefinitely.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to you in the twelve months preceding a claim.
